Afif Hossain, a batter for Bangladesh, was selected to be a part of the 15-man team that will compete against Afghanistan in a two-game Twenty20 International series beginning on July 14 at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.
The left-handed hitter was not included in the team that competed against Ireland at their home stadium in March.
Ebadot Hossain, a pacer, was the other player who had previously played for the Tigers and was brought back into the team.
On July 16, the second match will be played at the same location as the first.
