Taskin keen on lpl stint0

Within the Lankan Premier League, Dambulla Aura has shown interest in acquiring Taskin Ahmed.

Taskin will compete against Shakib Al Hasan and Mohammad Mithun, both of whom have been brought on by Galle Titans, in the event that he is granted NOC.

The launch of the LPL is scheduled on the 30th of July, while the final game is scheduled for the 20th of August.

However, beginning on July 31, the Bangladesh national squad will be holding a training camp in preparation for the Asia Cup. After Taskin formally submits his application, the BCB will deliberate and decide whether or not to grant him a NOC.

“We are aware that Taskin was given an offer, but he has not yet submitted his formal application to the NOC. Shahriar Nafees, the manager of cricket operations for the BCB, revealed this information to The Daily Star today. “He let us know of his interest [to play], and the board will discuss the matter,” Nafees said.

Taskin is presently competing for Bulawayo Braves in the Zim Afro T20 League. He is the second-highest wicket-taker in the competition with five wickets in three matches played thus far.

awarded the amount of work that needed to be done before the World Cup, Taskin was not awarded a NOC to play national cricket with Yorkshire despite having the potential to do so. Due to his obligations with the national team, he also turned down offers from the Multan Sultans of the Pakistan Super League and the Lucknow Super Giants of the Indian Premier League.
