Bayern have deal with kane but spurs reject bid: report0

According to a rumor published by a German newspaper on Wednesday, personal conditions have been agreed upon by Bayern Munich and England captain Harry Kane.

However, Tottenham Hotspur has turned down an initial proposal of 70 million euros (around £60 million or $76 million).

It has been reported that the German champions have a strong interest in acquiring the services of England’s all-time leading scorer, whose current deal with Spurs will expire in 2024.

It is thought that Kane’s camp has given its OK to the transfer, but in order to complete the deal, Bayern must first reach an agreement with Tottenham over the transfer cost.

According to Bild, Bayern made an offer for Kane that included 70 million euros plus add-ons, but Spurs are reportedly want at least 100 million euros in exchange for their talismanic striker.

Kane is said to be the target of interest from a number of other big teams in Europe, including Manchester United and Real Madrid, and he may consider leaving Tottenham in order to compete for more trophies.

Despite the striker’s claims that he and Spurs chairman Daniel Levy had a gentleman’s agreement allowing him to go on, Kane believed he had completed a deal to transfer to Manchester City in the amount of £127 million before to the 2021/22 season. However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy rejected the offer.

Kane is aware that the clock is ticking on his career since he will reach 30 years old in July and is concerned that he may never win a trophy.

Bayern are searching for a world-class striker to replace the void left by Robert Lewandowski, who left the club in 2022 to sign with Barcelona, the defending Spanish champions.

The German club won their twelfth consecutive Bundesliga championship last season, despite the fact that they just barely made it over the finish line after a miserable season.

As a result of the team’s failure to meet the objectives they had set for themselves, including an early departure from the Champions League and the domestic cup, top club executives Hasan Salihamidzic and Oliver Kahn were instructed to find other jobs at the conclusion of the season.

Kane, who scored 30 goals for Spurs in the Premier League during the previous season, will be free of his Spurs contract in 2024, at which point he might be made available on a free transfer.

According to Bild, determining what will happen with Kane going forward is at the top of the to-do list for both Levy and the incoming manager, Ange Postecoglou.
