There will be five T20I games between India and Australia. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) chose an experienced T20 player to lead the team.

Suryakumar Yadav was chosen to lead the team that will play Australia in the five-match T20I home series.

Fast bowler Prasidh Krishna, who joined the World Cup team at the last minute, is also on it.

Most of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 players have had some time off after the tough event and the preparations for it. They will only have Suryakumar, Prasidh, and Ishan Kishan play in the next T20I game.

Hardik Pandya, who has recently led India, didn’t make the team because he is still recovering from an illness. The all-rounder hurt himself while playing for India against Bangladesh in Pune in the league stage of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.

After a tough World Cup, pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been given some time off. He led India in their comeback T20I series against Ireland.

In Twenty20 Internationals, Suryakumar has done very well. He has made 1841 runs at an average of 46.02 and a strike rate of 172.7. He has also scored three hundreds in T20I.

At the same time, Axar Patel is back in the game after being injured and not being able to play in the World Cup.

Suryakumar Yadav is captain, and Ruturaj Gaikwad is vice-captain. The other players in the India team are Ishan Kishan, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Tilak Varma, Rinku Singh, Jitesh Sharma (wicket-keeper), Washington Sundar, Axar Patel, Shivam Dubey, Ravi Bishnoi, Arshdeep Singh, Prasidh Krishna, Avesh Khan, and Mukesh Kumar.

From November 23 to December 3, the show will be on.
