According to the draft schedule for the ICC One-Day International World Cup, which will take place later this year, the match between India and Pakistan will take place in Ahmedabad on October 15, and the match that will open the tournament will be between England and New Zealand on October 5. 


Cricinfo reported that the match between England and New Zealand will be the final of the 2019 World Cup.

The BCCI has shared the draft schedule with the ICC, and it has also been sent to the participating countries for feedback before the official schedule for the mega event is finalized in the upcoming meeting of the ICC. The match between Pakistan and Bangladesh is scheduled to take place on October 31, and Bangladesh will play India on October 17. The match will take place in Pune.

On the other hand, the draft schedule for the events that would most likely take place on November 15 and 16 did not include any information on the locations of the semi-finals. The championship match will take place on November 19 in Ahmedabad, which is also slated to play home to the tournament’s first match.

The International Cricket Council has not yet released an official calendar for the One-Day International World Cup, which will begin in around four months. In contrast, the schedules for the last two World Cups were released well over a year in advance.
