Today, the trophy for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 was on show at the Padma Bridge. As part of the Trophy Tour, the trophy came in Dhaka last night.
On the first day of its tour, the ICC World Cup Trophy had its official picture taken at Mawa End, service area 1 of the Padma Multipurpose Bridge.
Tomorrow, from 9 am to 12 pm, the trophy will be on show at the Sher e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur for the men’s and women’s national teams, present and past cricket players, cricket leaders and organizers, and members of the media.
On August 9, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the trophy will be on show for the public at the Bashundhra City Shopping Mall in Dhaka. This will be the third and last day of the trophy trip.
On June 27, 2023, the ICC World Cup trophy tour began in India. This was done to mark the 100-day mark until the event. In the next 100 days, the prize will travel to 18 ICC member countries in five different regions: Africa, the Americas, Asia, East Asia and the Pacific, and Europe.
The trophy will then go back to India for the last 30 days of the tour, where it will continue to be shown around the country to promote the future event.
