According to several sources in the media, the transfer price was 18 million euros ($20 million), and Brozovic has reportedly agreed to a three-year agreement with an average annual salary of more than 25 million euros (almost $30 million).

Marcelo Brozovic, a Croatian midfielder who most recently played for Inter Milan, has signed a three-year deal to play for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Pro League club announced on Monday.

The specifics of the financial transaction were not made public, however the transfer price was reported to be 18 million euros ($19.63 million) by Italian media.

Everyone wanted to have him. He desired NO ONE ELSE BUT US. Al-Nassr commented on Twitter with the hashtag “#BrozoviIsYellow.”

“Don’t be concerned, I’m right here. The Croatian international player said that he would play for AL-Nassr.

Brozovic, who is 30 years old, signed with Inter in 2015 and was instrumental in the club’s success, helping them win Serie A in the 2020-21 season and then two Italian Cups.

Additionally, he was a member of the Inter squad that fell to Manchester City in the Champions League final the previous year.

Since Cristiano Ronaldo made the transfer to Al-Nassr in January of 2018, the Saudi Professional League has emerged as a desirable destination for players residing in Europe.

Karim Benzema, the winner of the Ballon d’Or award, and N’Golo Kante, a former midfielder for Chelsea, were both acquired by League Champions Al-Ittihad last month.

A project including the league champions Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahli, Al-Nassr, and Al-Hilal was unveiled by the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) a month ago. The project is called the Sports Clubs Investment and Privatization Project.

PIF owns 75% of each of the four clubs, while the different non-profit foundations control 25% of each club. PIF is the majority shareholder in all four clubs.
