Bpl resumes in frreezing cold dhaka0

After a day off, action returns in the Dhaka phase of the Bangladesh Premier League today, with Durdanto Dhaka taking on Chattogram Challengers in the first match of the double-header.

Cricketers, technicians and spectators are braving the frigid temperatures at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, where Chattogram won the toss and chose to field first.

Fortune Barishal will meet Khulna Tigers in the second match of the day, which begins at 6:30 p.m.

The floodlights, on the other hand, remain operational even during the day game due to the lack of sunshine through the dense cloud cover.

The crowd attendance is much smaller than the first two days of the season. To fight the frigid conditions, the spectators in the grandstand have layered their attire.

Players from the Comilla Victorians and Sylhet Strikers, who are not in action today, also arrived in Mirpur for a training session.
