Bangladesh’s Liton Das and Afif Hossain gave the Tigers a strong start. Together, they put on 50 runs as the Tigers tried to reach 117 in the second of two T20Is on Sunday at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.
Liton made most of the runs in the stand. After the end of the Powerplay, which was five overs, he hit 29 runs off 21 balls. The match was cut down to 17 overs, so the Powerplay was five overs.
With his calm nine-ball 13, Afif was able to help out.
Bangladesh still needs to score 67 runs in 72 balls in order to win.
