Inter Milan announced on Tuesday that head coach Simone Inzaghi has agreed to a new deal that will keep him with the team until 2025.
Prior to joining Inter in 2021, the 47-year-old Italian began his management career at Serie A Lazio. The season’s conclusion was when his current Inter contract was supposed to expire.
The 2021–22 and 2022–23 Coppa Italia championships, the 2021–2022 Supercoppa Italiana titles, and this year’s Champions League final—which they lost to Manchester City—were all accomplished under Inzaghi’s direction at Inter.
“Inter Milan is pleased to announce that coach Simone Inzaghi’s contract has been extended. The coach will lead the Nerazzurri until 2025 as a result of the new arrangement, Inter confirmed in a statement.”.
